B88my Terms and Conditions — Official Platform Usage Guide

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and b88my ("Platform", "We"). This document governs all aspects of the use of the b88my website, mobile application and all related services.

By accessing or using the b88my platform — whether via web browser, Android app, or iOS app — you automatically agree to be bound by these terms. This acceptance takes effect from the first date you access the platform, regardless of whether you have created an account.

These terms should be read together with Privacy Policy and the page Responsible Gaming which form part of the overall agreement between you and b88my.

2 Member Eligibility

B88my services are only available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Aged 21 years and above on the date of registration.
• Malaysian citizen or permanent resident located in Malaysia.
• Never previously banned from participating in the b88my platform.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not act as an agent or representative of any third party in any capacity.

B88my reserves the right to request proof of identity, age and residence at any time. Members who fail to provide requested documents within the specified period may face account suspension or closure as well as withholding of account balances until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration

Each user is only allowed to register one account only on the b88my platform. Multiple account ownership — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, IP addresses or device information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. Required information includes:

• Full name as shown on your identity card or passport.
• Accurate date of birth.
• An active and reachable Malaysian mobile phone number.
• A valid and active email address.
• Valid Malaysian bank account information for withdrawal purposes.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account information up to date whenever any changes occur. b88my is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to update inaccurate information.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

B88my accepts deposits through various Malaysian local payment methods including FPX, interbank transfer (IBG), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay and Boost. All financial transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. No daily maximum deposit limit is set for accounts that have completed full identity verification (KYC). Deposits are typically credited to your account within 3–10 minutes after payment confirmation.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Withdrawals will be processed to a Malaysian bank account registered under the same member's name. Withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes and 24 hours on business days, subject to security verification.

• Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account registered in the member's name.
• Bonus amounts that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• B88my reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving large withdrawals.
• Any suspicious withdrawal attempt may be suspended for further investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

B88my offers various types of bonuses and promotions to members, including welcome bonus, reload deposit bonus, weekly cashback, referral bonus and seasonal promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions and must be fully complied with.

Wagering Requirements (Rollover): All bonuses received are subject to the wagering requirements stated in each promotional offer. If wagering requirements are not specifically stated, the default wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount received before withdrawal can be made.

• The welcome bonus is only available for new registrations and cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonuses typically have a validity period of 7 to 30 calendar days from the date of credit.
• Each member may only participate in each promotion once, unless otherwise stated.
• B88my reserves the right to revoke or cancel bonuses suspected of being obtained fraudulently.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash.

6 Game Rules

All games offered on the b88my platform — including slots, fish shooting games, bingo, live casino and sports betting — are subject to their respective game rules available within each game. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before participating.

B88my uses random number generators (RNG) that have been verified and audited by independent third parties for all chance-based games. This ensures every game outcome is fair, random and cannot be manipulated by any party including b88my itself.

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical error is proven.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, b88my reserves the right to void or continue the session based on stored data.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes is a serious violation.

7 User Responsibility

As a b88my member, you agree to use the platform responsibly and comply with all applicable rules and laws. You are not permitted to:

• Sharing your account with others or allowing others to use your account.
• Using a b88my account for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform.
• Spreading false or misleading information about b88my to other users.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location.
• Taking any action that negatively affects the experience of other users on the platform.

You are also responsible for ensuring that no minors are permitted access to your account. b88my takes the protection of young people seriously and supports all appropriate preventive measures.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

B88my reserves the right to suspend or close any member account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Holding multiple accounts.
• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Voluntary account closure request by the member themselves.

If an account is closed due to breach of terms, b88my reserves the right to forfeit all credit and bonus balances in that account. If closure is not due to fraud, real money balances (excluding bonuses) will be returned after investigation is complete.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our customer support team via 24/7 live chat. Requests will be processed within 3–5 business days.

9 Liability Limits

B88my is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or government actions.
• Loss of account access due to a member's failure to keep their password confidential.
• Game results that a member is dissatisfied with but were produced through a fair and valid process.
• Transaction delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.

B88my's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of active deposits made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being raised.

10 Amendment of Terms

B88my reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page with an updated revision date.

Amendments involving material changes to member rights or obligations will be notified via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, unless such changes are immediately required for legal or security reasons.

Continued use of the b88my platform after any amendments to the terms take effect will be considered full acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with any amendments, please discontinue use of the platform and contact us to close your account.
